We assist you in advocating for the special education and related services your child requires. Our team participates in IEP meetings with parents to help secure the services their children need. We also file state and federal complaints against school districts that violate laws protecting students with disabilities. Furthermore, we provide coaching to help parents gain the knowledge and skills to effectively advocate at IEP meetings.
Coaching Session
$70 for 90 min
We provide coaching services to equip parents with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively advocate during IEP meetings.
IEP Meeting Representation & Conflict Resolution
$90 per hour
We accompany parents to IEP meetings, making sure their voices are heard, their concerns are acknowledged, and that steps are taken to support every aspect of their child’s needs.
Filing of State or Federal Complaints Against School District
$199 filing fee
We stand up for students with disabilities by filing state and federal complaints against school districts that violate their rights. We also guide parents through Due Process hearings and mediation, and provide expert testimony for both Due Process and court cases.
